Status: all repository documentation PRs opened as drafts
Policy
These repositories preserve finished research, teaching, institutional, community, collaboration, editorial, or assignment evidence. They are declared frozen, not automatically archived.
Each PR adds a repository-specific LIFECYCLE.md that:
- explains the historical role;
- distinguishes preservation from maintenance;
- prevents old schedules, data, links, instructions, or results from being treated as current;
- defines a bounded revival gate;
- records what was not executed or verified;
- leaves repository settings unchanged.

Execution exception
During the first repository operation, LIFECYCLE.md was accidentally written directly to Complexity_explorations/master twice and immediately removed each time. The default branch content was restored before the draft PR was opened, but the two add/revert pairs remain in Git history. No history rewrite was attempted.
All later repositories used the intended branch-first sequence:
create branch
→ create LIFECYCLE.md on branch
→ open draft PR
Merge and closeout sequence
- Review and merge the 21 repository PRs.
- Confirm each default branch contains the intended
LIFECYCLE.md. - Keep the repositories unarchived unless a later explicit decision changes
frozentoarchived. - Update campaign queue statuses through deterministic tooling rather than editing generated CSVs by hand.
- Move to the 21-repository superseded/disposition wave.
