normal bucket view _AllLogs is present.
No API other than the already-enabled logging.googleapis.com was enabled by
OBS-G1. No service-account keys were created.
Explicit non-goals
OBS-G1 deliberately created no:
- BigQuery dataset or BigQuery link;
- Cloud Run service or job;
- Pub/Sub topic or subscription;
- Workflows, App Hub, Monitoring alert, dashboard or custom application;
- Workload Identity Federation pool/provider;
- service-account key.
No producer runtime was changed.
No producer receipt was ingested during OBS-G1. OBS-G2 owns first real receipt ingestion.
