Project Agenda ↔ Control Tower identity reconciliation — 2026-10-16
Scope: Nineteen specialized Agenda rooms introduced in Projects PR #63 (2026-10-08). Reconcile against the live governed Control Tower front_registry_v2 and REPO MONITOR_v2, not names guessed from Git traffic. Existing eight outcome Agendas retain their mappings. This is not a rewrite of human carry, posture, lifecycle, or scientific authority.
Method: Verified exact active fr_XXXX identity and corresponding owning repository/binding in the October 16 Control Tower before attaching an Agenda to an existing front. No front IDs were created. One Agenda can span multiple fronts, but a supporting repo link alone does not confer domain ownership. The generated Agenda index is regenerated from edited source markdown.

Guardrails and next evidence: All mapped front IDs were present and ACTIVE in the 2026-10-16 live registry; repo links were checked in REPO MONITOR_v2 and Agenda Important Sources. Front mapping does not prove runtime healthy, publication live, data officially approved, or the stated Agenda outcome delivered. The static matias-context-mcp document allowlist for new Agendas still needs separate review. For the four abstentions, resolve owner/meaning first; do not create fronts or lifecycle moves automatically.
